CHANGE OF MIND
Jetpack Collectibles does not offer refunds for change of mind.
RETURN TIME-FRAMES
All returns & refunds must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Jetpack Collectibles will ONLY issue refunds or exchanges for damaged products or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
HOW TO APPLY FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
If you believe your item is defective or is the wrong item, you will need to:
Contact us via email or via our socials with photos of the item, packaging and your order number within 7 business days of receiving your order.
The Jetpack Collectibles team will then review your request and will notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. If a refund or exchange has been approved, we will notify you to return the product to us.
Upon receiving your returned product, a final review will be conducted and we will provide you with the option of exchange or refund once approved.
In the event of an Exchange, we will provide you with:
- A coupon code with the same dollar value of the returned item
- We may provide you with a return shipping label that can be used at your local Auspost office
- We may refund the postage upon receiving the defective product
All refunds will be done in the same manner and currency (exchange rate will be at the time of refund, Jetpack Collectibles is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates.) as you have paid.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Refunds will be sent back to the same card that was used, refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect on your statement.
PAYPAL REFUNDS
How a refund is credited depends on how the original payment was made:
If you paid with your bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance.
If you paid by credit card, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.
Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) at Paypal’s current currency exchange rate.
DISCOUNTED REFUNDS
Please note that orders which have utilised a discount code are only entitled to a refund of the amount spent after the discount code was applied. At the discretion of our team, Jetpack Collectibles may also choose to return the discount coupon to the customers account if the return was decided due to a damaged/faulty product or incorrect.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will be in contact with you providing a resolution of a refund or replacement item of the same value.
If you have ordered anything from our single cards range and they are in fact out of stock we will refund the missing item and ship the rest of your order and will not contact you/the customer prior to fulfillment.
POP! Vinyl Policy
Funko Pop! Vinyls are a mass produced toy line created in various factories all over the world. Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure that the product they are producing meet with their company standards. We do our utmost best to look over the products to ensure that they are the correct items and to discard any obviously defective items. We take pride in achieving this each and every day and are meticulous in ensuring that our customers receive their products in mint condition or as close as physically possible.
As a mass produced toy line, however, there are minor variations in the manufacturing process that may occur for Funko Pop! Vinyl products. These can include but are not limited to slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging, factory paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes, etc. These are all considered “minor variations” in mass produced product and as such are not considered damaged or defective items.

The policy is the same as for POP! Vinyls.
RIGHTS TO REFUSE
Due to the highly collectable nature of certain trading card products and the high volume of scams in the TCG community, Jetpack Collectibles currently reserve the right to refuse returns for any TCG product, including but not limited to booster packs, boxes and singles.
